Lead and manage the GLAMOUR Clean Team, ensuring efficient execution of cleaning projects across commercial and residential properties.
Set clear performance expectations and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Training & Development:
Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they meet company standards for cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance skills in commercial deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and make-readies.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate staff productivity and efficiency.
Implement corrective actions and coaching as needed to improve service quality.
Supply & Resource Management
Inventory Control & Procurement:
Oversee ordering, tracking, and replenishment of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain adequate stock levels to prevent shortages while ensuring cost efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure proper care, maintenance, and storage of all cleaning tools and machinery.
Track equipment usage and schedule repairs or replacements as necessary.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Site Inspections & Service Audits:
Conduct regular quality checks on completed cleaning projects to ensure they meet company and client standards.
Develop checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent cleaning results.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all cleaning services comply with OSHA safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and client-specific requirements.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries and maintain a hazard-free environment.
Project & Workflow Management
Scheduling & Coordination:
Develop and oversee the cleaning schedule, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery.
Assign tasks and ensure team members adhere to deadlines and client expectations.
Workflow Optimization:
Streamline cleaning processes to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Implement lean cleaning methods and automation tools where applicable.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed project records, service logs, and incident reports for accountability.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on performance, inventory usage, and client satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
The Sanitation Strategist is responsible for overseeing the GLAMOUR Clean Team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across commercial and residential projects. You will handle everything from managing the team, and supply procurement, to quality assurance.
QUALIFICATION
Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software for inventory and scheduling.
Technology Requirements:
Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.
Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.
Home Office Environment:
Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.
The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.
Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.
Availability:
Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.
Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.
