About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment:
- Proactively identify and recruit talented real estate agents to join the GLAM Properties team.

Acquisition and Disposition:
- Identifying and sourcing new acquisition opportunities through a variety of channels, including broker networks, public records, and market analysis
- Conducting due diligence on potential properties, including market research, financial analysis, and property inspections
- Negotiating terms and conditions of acquisition transactions with owners, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating the closing process, including the preparation and review of closing documents, coordination with attorneys and title companies, and management of due diligence requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, property owners, lenders, and service providers
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities and tracking progress against acquisition goals
- Staying informed on real estate market trends, economic conditions, and other factors that may impact acquisition opportunities and investment performance
- Collaborating with the investment team and other stakeholders to ensure that acquisitions are aligned with the company's investment goals and risk tolerance

Listing and Marketing:
- Effectively market property listings and manage the entire sales process, from staging to negotiation and closing.

Buyer's Agent:
- Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process.

Brand Promotion:
- Actively market GLAM Properties, utilizing a range of marketing channels to increase visibility and attract potential clients and partners.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure the overall success of projects and initiatives.


The Real Estate Agent is a vital member of the GLAM Properties team, responsible for recruiting other agents, managing property acquisitions and dispositions, and actively marketing the GLAM Properties brand. The ideal candidate should be a team player and a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve company goals.

  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Active real estate license in the state of operation.

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or related fields.

  • Strong networking skills with the ability to recruit and manage a team.

  • The team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well independently.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.

Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work
