About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:
- Work with the GLAM Executive, GLAM Director, and other department managers to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.

Content Development:
- Develop and approve marketing content including designs, ad copies, and promotional materials.

Social Media Management:
- Plan and execute the social media calendar.
- Manage team members' social media pages to ensure brand consistency.

Public Relations:
- Manage public relations activities, press releases, and community engagements.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Monitor all marketing activities to ensure they are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Report any marketing compliance violations to the GLAM Director.

- Order and manage advertising across various platforms including online, print, and outdoor media.

Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met.

- Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns, utilizing relevant KPIs.


The GLAM Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing all marketing efforts of the organization. The role involves strategic planning, creating and overseeing marketing campaigns, and working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable plans.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.

Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work
