About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Work Orders: Review and prioritize work orders for routine and emergency maintenance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all systems and equipment.
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Team Management:
- Team Supervision: Oversee the maintenance team, including task assignments, performance evaluation, and training.
- Hiring: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new vendors.
- Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Budgeting: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including procurement of materials and vendor services.
- Documentation: Maintain records of all maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Client Relations: Liaise with tenants and property owners regarding maintenance schedules and concerns.


The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure that buildings and equipment are in optimal condition. This position requires leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on problem-solving skills to manage the maintenance team and work orders effectively.

  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the real estate sector.
