About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation: Execute staging plans as directed by the Staging Strategist, including the arrangement of furniture, accessories, and décor.
- Setup & Breakdown: Assemble and disassemble furniture and accessories before and after the staging process.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of the staging items, ensuring all are in good condition and accounted for.

Quality Control:
- Inspection: Perform pre- and post-staging inspections to ensure that all items are correctly placed according to the staging plan.
- Maintenance: Keep all staging materials clean and in excellent condition.

- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other departments such as Design & Planning and Commercial Cleaning to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication with the Staging Strategist to provide updates and receive instructions.


As a Staging Team Member, you will play an essential role in preparing residential properties for market. Working closely with the Staging Strategist, you'll implement the staging plan to create visually appealing environments that help accelerate property sales.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a similar field is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift and move furniture and other heavy items.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.

Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work


For the role of Glamour Staging Team Member, which primarily involves hands-on staging activities, quality control, and coordination with different departments, the two most suitable Wealth Dynamics profiles are the "Trader" and the "Accumulator."

  • Teamwork: The Trader profile is often very good at sensing the needs of others, which makes them a good team player. Their adaptability can help them work well with other departments like Design & Planning and Commercial Cleaning.

Why "Accumulator"?

  • Inventory Management: Accumulators are known for their attention to detail, making them ideal for keeping track of the staging items and ensuring they are in good condition and accounted for.

  • Coordination: The systematic nature of the Accumulator makes them effective at coordinating with other team members and departments. Their naturally conservative nature helps them follow instructions closely and maintain clear lines of communication with the Staging Strategist.

  • Staging: While not as hands-on as the Trader, the Accumulator's meticulous nature can be a great asset in setting up and breaking down staging setups according to precise plans.

The "Trader" profile is best suited for roles requiring real-time adaptability, hands-on skills, and attention to quality, whereas the "Accumulator" is excellent for tasks requiring detailed inventory management, coordination, and systematic implementation. Together, these two profiles would provide a comprehensive and effective approach to the various responsibilities involved in being a Glamour Staging Team Member.
