About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitation:
- General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform specialized cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces.
- Equipment Operation: Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor polishers, and steam cleaners.

Quality Assurance:
- Checklists: Adhere to cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
- Quality Control: Notify the Sanitation Strategist of any areas requiring extra attention or repeated cleaning.

Teamwork and Communication:
- Communication: Maintain open and efficient communication with team members and supervisors.
- Cooperation: Work well within a team to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines.


As a Glamour Clean Team Member, you will be responsible for executing cleaning tasks to the highest standards in a range of settings, including commercial buildings and residential properties. This role requires you to work closely with the Sanitation Strategist and the rest of the cleaning team.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial setting.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work


For the role of Glamour Clean Team Member, which involves hands-on cleaning tasks, quality assurance, and team coordination, the two most suitable Wealth Dynamics profiles would be the "Trader" and the "Accumulator."

  • Teamwork and Communication: Accumulators are usually good team players, willing to take direction and work cooperatively to get the job done. They can work well under a Sanitation Strategist, helping to execute the cleaning plans efficiently.

The "Trader" profile is suited for roles that require sensitivity to environment and details, making them well-aligned with quality assurance tasks and specialized cleaning activities. The "Accumulator," on the other hand, is reliable and methodical, perfect for general cleaning duties and maintaining consistent quality. Together, these profiles would provide a well-rounded and effective Glamour Clean Team Member.
