About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Onboarding:
- Train new and existing team members on the SOPs for GLAM Properties as well as their specific departments and roles.

Curriculum Development:
- Create, update, and manage training manuals and training videos tailored to the different departments and roles within the organization.

Facilitation:
- Conduct both live and virtual training sessions, ensuring that team members understand and can effectively implement the SOPs in their roles.

Assessment and Feedback:
- Administer and assess evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.

Ongoing Training:
- Keep team members updated on new strategies and changes in SOPs through regular training sessions, memos, or training modules.

Requirements




The GLAM Trainer is responsible for equipping team members with the practical knowledge and skills needed to excel in their various roles within the organization. This includes comprehensive training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), role-specific functions, and ongoing professional development.


Qualifications:
  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a training role, preferably within a real estate or investment setting.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.


  • Proficiency in online training platforms and software.


Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.


Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


Availability:

  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.
