About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of all services offered, including Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Proposal Development: Create and deliver tailored sales proposals to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship:
- Consultative Selling: Understand the needs of prospective clients and recommend appropriate services.
- Account Management: Follow-up with existing clients to assess satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional sales.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback to facilitate product and service improvements.

Evaluation and Estimation:
- Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of potential residential properties to gauge the scope of work and services needed.
- Estimation Collaboration: Work closely with the GLAM Estimator to provide accurate and competitive estimates and bids to clients.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Sales Reports: Prepare regular sales reports for management, outlining activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Client Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities and provide insights into market trends.


The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services, including Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. A crucial part of this role will also be to evaluate residential properties and collaborate with the GLAM Estimator to provide accurate estimates and bids.

  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate, design, or construction sectors.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.

Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work
