About the Role

Sales & Marketing
Service Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of all offered services, including Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance.
Client Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events to generate leads.
Proposal Development: Create and present customized sales proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting value-added services and competitive advantages.
Collaboration with Marketing Manager: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Customer Relationship Management
Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and provide personalized recommendations to ensure optimal service selection.
Client Retention & Upselling: Maintain relationships with existing clients by conducting follow-ups, addressing concerns, and offering additional services as needed.
Feedback Integration: Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service offerings and customer experience.

Site Evaluation & Estimation
On-Site Evaluations: Conduct property walkthroughs and site assessments to determine cleaning, maintenance, renovation, or staging needs.
Identify Project Scope: Assess square footage, material requirements, and service complexity to develop accurate service recommendations.
Collaborative Estimation: Work closely with the GLAM Estimator to prepare detailed, competitive estimates and bids based on project requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Record findings, measurements, and client-specific requests during evaluations to ensure seamless service execution.

Reporting & Documentation
Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, tracking activities, conversions, and areas for improvement.
Client Records Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions, contracts, and service history.
Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to enhance business positioning.
Marketing Performance Analysis: Provide feedback to the Marketing Manager on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, helping to refine campaign strategies and lead conversion efforts.

Requirements




The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services, including Planning & Design, Construction & Renovation, Commercial Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. A crucial part of this role will also be to evaluate residential properties and collaborate with the GLAM Estimator to provide accurate estimates and bids.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate, design, or construction sectors.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.


Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


Availability:

  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


Self-Management:
