Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead the Sales Representatives in acquiring in-depth knowledge of all services offered.
- Client Outreach: Supervise and support team members in reaching out to potential clients through various channels.
- Proposal Oversight: Review and approve tailored sales proposals developed by the sales team.
Customer Relationship:
- Consultative Approach: Guide the team in understanding the needs of prospective clients and recommending appropriate services.
- Client Retention: Implement customer relationship management practices to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Feedback Analysis: Aggregate and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
Evaluation and Estimation:
- Property Assessment: Ensure Sales Representatives conduct thorough on-site evaluations of residential properties.
- Estimation Collaboration: Work closely with the GLAM Estimator to ensure accurate and competitive estimates and bids are provided.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Sales Metrics: Compile and analyze key performance indicators to measure the team's effectiveness.
- Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Market Analysis: Lead efforts in monitoring competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with executive leadership.
Requirements
The Sales Manager oversees the Sales Representatives and is responsible for driving the sales strategy for our services, including Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance. The role involves developing new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. A key part of this role also includes evaluating residential properties and collaborating with the GLAM Estimator to provide estimates and bids.
Qualifications:
Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in the real estate, design, or construction sectors.
Proven track record in sales team leadership.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Technology Requirements:
Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.
Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.
Home Office Environment:
Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.
The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.
Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.
Availability:
Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.
Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.
