Work with the marketing team to promote GLAMOUR Clean’s services.
Leverage client testimonials, case studies, and referrals to attract new business.
Strategic Growth Planning:
Assess market trends and competitive analysis to expand the company’s service offerings.
Develop and implement scalable Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services service packages to meet diverse client needs.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Site Inspections & Service Audits:
Conduct regular quality checks on completed Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services projects to ensure they meet company and client standards.
Develop checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services results.
Client Satisfaction & Feedback:
Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns or service modifications.
Gather and analyze client feedback to implement necessary improvements.
Address complaints promptly and ensure service recovery measures are in place.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services services comply with OSHA safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and client-specific requirements.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries and maintain a hazard-free environment.
Project & Workflow Management
Scheduling & Coordination:
Develop and oversee the Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services schedule, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery.
Assign tasks and ensure team members adhere to deadlines and client expectations.
Workflow Optimization:
Streamline Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services processes to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Implement lean Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services methods and automation tools where applicable.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed project records, service logs, and incident reports for accountability.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on performance, inventory usage, and client satisfaction metrics.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Contract & Service Agreement Management:
Oversee client contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon service terms and deliverables.
Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage invoicing, billing, and payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
Track expenses and monitor profitability margins for each Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services project.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop and manage operational budgets for Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services projects.
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Requirements
The GLAM TO MAKE READY DIRECTOR oversees the GLAM TO MAKE READY DEPARTMENT and is responsible for driving sales strategy, business development, and operational excellence across multiple service areas, including Design & Planning, Construction & Renovation, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Home Staging, and Maintenance Services.
This leadership role involves developing new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Director will also play a key role in evaluating residential and commercial properties, collaborating with the GLAM Estimator to provide accurate estimates and competitive bids.
Additionally, this role ensures quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic workflow management, optimizing team efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in the real estate, design, or construction sectors.
Proven track record in sales team leadership.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Technology Requirements:
Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.
Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.
Home Office Environment:
