About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:
- Act as the direct point of contact for investors.
- Regularly update investors on project progress and company milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community officials, entrepreneurs, and investment group members.
- Act as the second face of the business in community and industry events.

Departmental Oversight:
- Receive and review departmental reports.
- Serve as a direct report for all company departments.

Project Management:
- Act as the chief project manager.
- Ensure all projects are on track, within budget, and aligned with the company's objectives.

Research and Reporting:
- Research GLAM Project Areas and develop comprehensive reports.
- Monitor and report on market trends and community needs.

Meeting Facilitation:
- Lead internal boutique meetings.
- Facilitate community and investor "housewarming" meetings to introduce new projects or milestones.

Requirements




The GLAM Director reports directly to the GLAM Executive and serves as the chief liaison for investors and a direct report for all departments. Responsible for building relationships with various stakeholders, the GLAM Director will also oversee project management, facilitate meetings, and be accountable for researching GLAM Project Areas and developing reports.


Qualifications:
  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s is a plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in real estate investment, development, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Strong understanding of Agile Project Management principles.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.
