About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and communications.

- Act as the initial point of contact for the Executive and Director with employees, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.

Project Tracking:
- Assist in tracking the status of various projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare project status reports as requested by the Executive or Director.

Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings, including venue booking, sending out invites, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them promptly to relevant parties.

Resource Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of systems for order processing, data management, and other organizational tasks.

Miscellaneous Duties:
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the GLAM Executive and GLAM Director.


The GLAM Coordinator serves as the Executive Assistant to both the GLAM Executive and GLAM Director. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong sense of urgency to effectively manage the complexities of a rapidly growing business.

  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.

Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work
