About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Owner Acquisition:
- Use various outreach and networking strategies to find and onboard property owners seeking professional management services.

Co-Living Guest Services:
- Oversee the day-to-day guest services within co-living spaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Address guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

Third-Party Partnerships:
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to fulfill guest needs, ranging from cleaning services to in-house amenities.

Community Building:
- Organize and facilitate community-building activities such as learning sessions, social events, and recreational activities.
- Promote a cohesive and vibrant living community among guests.

Inspection Management:
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

Tenant and Guest Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenant and guest concerns, routing them to appropriate departments as required.

Maintenance and Repairs:
- Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with vendors and contractors as necessary.

Expense and Revenue Monitoring:
- Track property expenses and handle invoicing in conjunction with the accounting department.

Performance Metrics and Inspection Reports:
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports detailing property performance, inspection results, and guest satisfaction metrics.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.


The Co-Living Property Coordinator is a multi-faceted role responsible for identifying property owners in need of management services, delivering superior co-living guest services, working with third-party vendors to meet guest needs, and fostering a sense of community among guests through events and learning sessions.

  • Must have an intrapreneurial spirit.

  • Active real estate license in the state of Missouri.

  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, and co-living spaces is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with high organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in property management software and MS Office.

  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate property viewings, client meetings, and inspections.

Technology Requirements:

  • Must possess a reliable and high-speed internet connection.

  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

  • Must own a smartphone with access to email and company communication tools.

Home Office Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions during working hours.

  • The workspace should be ergonomically set up to support prolonged periods of work.

  • Must ensure a professional background for video conferencing.


  • Must be available to work during standard business hours as defined by the company.

  • Flexibility to attend virtual meetings or respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and video conferencing tools effectively.


  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
